If you have cause for complaint this must be received within 7 days after dispatch. Please note we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date with chocolates despatched by first class post.
Our customer service phone line is personally operated between 8.30am and 6.00pm GMT/BST Monday to Friday and 8.30am to 12.30pm GMT/BST Saturday. Calls are free from UK landlines, calls from mobile phones or from outside the UK may be charged.
We aim to respond to customer service matters within one working day and resolve all complaints within three working days, either by replacing the chocolates or refunding your money. Calls may be monitored for training purposes and to maintain our high level of service.
To ensure we can deal with your enquiry as quickly as possible, please take note of your order number, surname and postal code.
You can cancel your order and get a full refund at any time up to the item being despatched from our premises. Simply call or email with your order number.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Directive (2000) you may also cancel your order at any time without reason, within 7 working days of delivery. Should you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund, you must confirm this in writing within 7 working days of receipt and return the packaged item to us at the address given above.
The item(s) must be returned to us unused and in as new condition. You will be liable for all postage costs incurred as a result of returning an item to us. We cannot issue a refund until we have received the goods. We recommend you obtain proof of posting when you return any goods to us. Please note this policy excludes perishable goods and exempt from this legislation. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order, we reserve the right to substitute the item for an alternative item of equal or higher value. We will make every effort to contact you first to inform you of this change.
All items include delivery in the price. Standard delivery is by Royal Mail 1st class post and takes 1-2 working days for delivery. We usually despatch items two working days prior to the requested date if possible. We are unable to deliver on Sunday, bank holidays or the day immidiately after a bank holiday. We are unable to guarantee the exact delivery date on items sent by 1st class post. You can upgrade to courier delivery for an additional fee of £5.50, this will guarantee delivery on the working day of your choice.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect information given to us when you place an order. This information is used to process your order, contact you regarding the order if necessary and to provide you with the best possible service. Bunches Florapost collect the information directly and do not disclose buyers information to third parties.
