How Moko Works

At Moko, we try to keep things simple, it makes everyone's life so much better. The way we see it, it's our job to make your task easier when it comes to sending the right chocolate gift, to the right person, at the right time.

Adding a message

Want to add a message to your gift? Well of course you can! Chocolates are so much nicer with a little personal touch, so you'll get the opportunity to write a little poem, tell a joke or just add your best wishes during the checkout process. We'll then make sure that your words are included with your gift.

What about a nice card?

If you'd like to take your message to the next level, you could always add one of our lovely, hand-made gift cards. All you need to do is select one that suits from our extras page during checkout, then enter your message as normal.

We get our cards from some nice people, just down the road from Moko HQ who design and make them specially for us. They're really very lovely!

Reminder service

They say that elephants never forget... so when it comes to remembering those special occasions, you've got two options:

• One, buy a pet elephant
• Two, use our very helpful reminder service.

Depending on the size of your house, it may be easier to simply add those all important dates to your Moko account and we'll send you a little prompt via email.

Address book

We all know that policemen live at 999 Letsbe Avenue. Sadly, not all addresses are quite so memorable (or cheesy... sorry). So to help, you can choose to save your recipients details in our helpful address book in your Moko account. It stops your brain aching and also saves having to re-enter the info next time.

Delivery by courier

All of our chocolate gifts include 1st class delivery within the price, it's all part of our 'keep it simple' approach. If you do want to upgrade to courier delivery so you can be more specific about when your gift arrives, simply select your chosen method on the delivery options page.

If you do choose to use our courier service, you'll also receive an email with tracking details for your order.

Safe payment

Whilst we like to have lots of fun at Moko HQ, one thing we take very seriously is your security. All of your details are looked after to the highest standards, we never sell your information to third parties, and we never will! (you can read our full privacy policy here).

Moko Stars

Rewards are great! It's always nice to know that you are appreciated, and that's why we make sure you get a little something in return with each purchase you make.
